Amanda Vickers and Marcie Ducasse, editors at Roaming New England Magazine, return in this story to once again investigate the mysteries surrounding supernatural events in New England. Marcie pays a visit to the town of West Windham, Maine, to check out a report about the so-called Monster of Lake Opal, a Loch Ness-type creature that is said to inhabit the dark depths of the lake. Amanda joins Marcie to attend a seance at the home of a man trying to contact his late wife's spirit, in hopes of discovering the identity of her killer. The spirit channeled by the medium tells them to look in her coffin to find a clue to the murderer's identity. Shortly after the seance, the mausoleum containing the coffin is broken into and a local boy is attacked and seriously injured in the process. Marcie and Amanda quickly find themselves drawn into the hunt for both a strange sea creature and a murderer who appears willing to kill again in order to prevent this grave justice.

I got this book based on some of the reviews. Being a teacher with an interest in the paranormal, I was intrigued by the paranormal aspects of this book. As a mystery/thriller, it was decent, and although I was right on PART of the "whodunnit," I was completely floored by the REAL ending! Give it a read - I think you'll be pleasantly surprised...Product details

Grave Justice edition by Glen Albert Ebisch Mystery Thriller Suspense eBooks Reviews
Had mostly figured out half way through the book. Just needed to finish it to get all the details.
Would I recommend it to someone? Probably for a summer vacation.
Too unrealistic for my taste. Reminded me that I was reading an episode of Murder She Wrote.
I also found the characters lacking maturity and sophistication.
The story was mildly interesting, but I thought the writing was juvenile. Both the main characters (young women) just had to find a boyfriend over the course of the narrative. Very high-school. The editing was poor, several spelling and syntax errors, especially near the end. All-in-all, it wasn't worthy of a read by mystery buffs.
Usually I always can guess who the murderer is, but this book fooled me completely. I'm not crazy about the paranormal story line, that is part of this series, but the rest of the story is always well done. Enjoy!
Great read. Mystery with a little detective work. I discovered this author from an recommendation. I've read quite a few of his books now and have loved every one of them. Thanks for recommending this author!
A quick read with every character being the possible perpetrator. I enjoyed reading this book as the author kept things moving and changing directions just often enough so I did not get bored. I like the way the author had two stories going at once - the supernatural versus the local legend. As I said a quick read - good beach book.
It was just an interesting read.
